Well, everything about that state seems a bit shady.

President Obama got his political start in that state, and now look where he is and what he is doing.
    Fraud is the correct term.

In other states, like MN, you'll only have to take the standard class 'D' or 'C' test to transfer your CDL and endorsements - except for hazmat. They require the written test as well as re-applying, which is that extra cost and headache and time.

I too went to truck school in Indiana. I am an Indiana resident, but there were a couple of students in my class who weren't. They had to take the written operator's test, plus the endorsement tests (air brakes, general knowledge, and combination vehicles) in order to get the CDL learner's permit. As far as getting the actual license, what Diabello said is what they had to do as well. Not sure if it's the same everywhere though. Best to check the websites posted by others.

The "regular" search can yield a ton of non-related threads/posts, depending on the search words.
I often use the "Advanced Search" (next to the main search box) and sometimes click "Thread Titles Only", which narrows down your search considerably (being titles only).
    Hope this helps.

BTW, great username. I was lmao when I saw it.

Thanks for the tip and the username has been with me for almost 25 years now. It is a great way to test what sort of personality someone has. I might not have kept it if it weren't always available, though. ;)
