There are a lot of good brokers out there. You already have what so many would love to have. (Auth.,perm.,trlr,Etc.) But if you dont like the extra work you have to put forth to make it, maybe leasing to a company that tells you when and where to go, is for you.

Cuervo - it sounds like you have the basics for a small trucking company, who's been doing your books and taxes? I'd say check out some of the load boards and find some freight, call a few brokers and compare the numbers. You can make a good deal on freight off the load boards, and you don't have to take what they're offering on a load - just give them a good reason to increase it and make an offer.

If you're short running capital for now, get a decent factoring company (or a broker that's willing to do this) to give you advances on your loads. It does cost you some, just like a brokered load (most of them are), but it should be worth it or don't haul.

Is anyone out there in TX that can give some leads on that end? Good luck and good business to you!
