No worries I recognized the sarcasm when I first read it.
I wanted to re state the facts for anyone looking at this who has not read through all the articles on the case.
I also have had enough of being called a conspiracy theorists when you bring up legitimate concerns supported by facts.
Some of the sheep are so brainwashed that you could tell them it’s snowing when the sun is shining on a bright sunny 80 degree day and they would whole heartedly believe it.
Then they want you canceled and jailed if you don’t agree with them.

    Here we go again!
The piece of crap limo owner who is responsible for 20 deaths is finally going to court may 1.
His lawyer had ask the judge for a 1 week delay because his co council Joe Tacapina was busy with another case.
Anyone know who Joe Tacapina is?
That’s right he is billionaire former president Donald Trumps lawyer for his BS case in NYC.
Where does a limo company owner of an unroad worthy rusted out pos limo that killed 20 people get the money to hire a lawyer to represent himself who is also used by a billionaire former president of the United States ?
    Nothing to see here!!!

Man, that article was an absolute adventure. I'd heard about NONE of this. Wow. Thanks for sharing.

I strongly disagree! Take a close look at some of our laws and how they have been twisted. Nullification is just one of many ways we the people have been given to check and balance the system. I would think if more individuals understood it and stood thier ground we would have a lot less issues.

What part of it do you strongly disagree with, the right of the accused to have a fair trial or the right of the accused to be represented by competent counsel who is putting all of their effort into defending their client instead of putting the law on trial?

I think everyone should get a fair trial

I also think some charges should be nullified by the jury ,

    every situation is different

if one of the parents got charged with murdering this POS or the judge / prosecutor who let him skate for killing all those people , if I was on the Jury , I’d vote not guilty .

the politicians crow all the time on tv about folks that get killed with guns demanding more laws etc , strutting around to collect more tv airtime and more bribes and campaign donations .

has one politician said anything about fedgov letting this POS skate ?

imagine how they’d be marching and demanding new laws if those folks had been killed with a gun .

I don’t believe a very high profile attorney would come to a little town of 900 people to defend a person who removed a RED department of transportation inspectors “OUT OF SERVICE” sticker from the windshield of a limo and then sent it out and killed 20 people?
Don’t forget his father is an FBI informant.
With the first DA deal offering probation only to this I think there may be a lot going on in the background that is unseen.

From reading the article , he was offered three years in jail and refused that offer ?

three years for killing 20 people is still very light sentance .

    Yes agreed.
That was offered after the judge said
“no way” to the probation only deal the prosecutor made with him.
Again he is responsible for 20 deaths.
Why wouldn’t he accept a light sentence of 3 years instead of going to trial?
I have to wonder if behind the scenes they feel they can manipulate the trial and get him off?
The evidence is certainly strong against him.
They literally found the torn off Dot out of service sticker on the floor board of his car that he was driving when they pulled him over and arrested him.
