I have no idea but it never hurts to call and ask. If they ask why it didn't work out just say they were not willing to put in the resources and energy to train a new driver.

Does werner actually have ANY money invested in training at all, or does the government really pay for all of it? if they have money invested in my training they might want me back?

Who cares? They need meat in a seat. If you want an income call them, if not don't.

Chances are they gave you a drug test at Rist orientation... so, if you don't include it in your work history.. it will be discovered.... part of the background check is DOT drug test history, not just for failures, but for any company the applicant may have not included....

Usually, then the company won't hire you, not necessarily for whatever happened at the company you left out.. but because they view it at you being deceptive...

If a friend of yours wanted to become an O/O and knew you knew more about trucks then he did, and that you happened to have some time on your hands so asked you to find him a few good trucks for him to consider buying.... and he would pay you for your time and efffort...

Are you going to just look at some pictures and pick out the prettiest 3 or 4 for him... or are you gonna dig further and maybe actually go look at the truck to make sure it is what the ad said it was.. maybe take it out for a test drive... So, when your friend chooses one of the trucks you picked out for him to choose from... he can be assured that you sent him quality trucks that met his needs..

In that scenario you are like the stafffing agency, looking for qualified candidates, your friend is the client or company that is going to potentially hire the candidate, like your friend who as going to purchase a truck you found him to consider...

I do interviews with some of my candidates.. mainly because sometimes they haven't been on an interview. In awhile and I want to let practice.. it is better for them, and yes me too, if they mess up during our interview, then their interview with the company.. now, chances are just like you gave your friend a few trucks to look at, recruiters and staffing agencies also send more than one candidate to a client..

Also, the staffing agency works with the company and more than likely can mimic the clients interview when they do the pre interview.. when I send someone to a company and the company does not hire them, I find out why... it is useful information for me and for the candidate, I also find out from the candidate about thee interview, what questions were asked, was there any assessment tests, how they feel they did on the interview.. if they feel they did poorly then I reassure they will do better next time.. if they feel they nailed it.. I may inquire deeper with the company.... because sometimes, they don't hire the candidate right then, but, after a week or two call and offer them a job.. going through their HR department so as not to pay the agency fee..

I am not a big golf fan.. but I have gone motorcycle riding with a few clients, or to a concert, or whatever.. it. Is just a part off the job...

If you call Werner, the recruiter will let you know right away if you can go back... Werner has a bunch of accounts got on. One that works for you.. it is not going to be drama job... it is just. What you need to do for. Now...

Aftter sometime and more experience... start looking for. Something better.. but don't quit until you got a better job....
