    Some companies use Hireright as part of the hiring process but many don't. They are all required to attempt to verify your past employers. And part of their process will likely be seeing if their insurance carrier will approve you. Now, many big companies are self insured so that may not be a problem.
    Either way you are employable. You may have to settle for a less than optimal company for a while. But be careful and stay out of trouble and you can work your way to something better.
