    Drum roll please…

And their name is Color Me RETIRED!

That’s right folks, I’ve hung up the keys for good.

I’ve always heard people say they’re busier after retiring than when they were working. Well, I don’t know about that just yet, but time will tell I guess.

Anyway, the only cargo I’ll be hauling with my new company is a boat and/or golf clubs.

Congratulations. Retirement means doing what you want to do whenever you feel like it.

I've heard it's like a second childhood, but without adult supervision. Enjoy!

Yeah I retired in '08 and have enjoyed it. Kept my CDL for about 4 years. I un-retired briefly in '15 at the request of a farmer while living in Ky. He wanted me to drive for his crop season field to silo. It was legal because field to silo is considered farming , no CDL needed ! I do do part time jobs here and there. I'm surprised how easy it is to get work at my age ! (don't tell anyone, just turned 78) Enjoy your time !

My older brother (he’s been retired for a few years) said…

“When you retire you have six Saturdays and one Sunday.”
