NY HUT(or HUD?) sticker, only needed if you travel in NY State.

Back at it today. Will stay out till Friday. Have $3900 booked for the week staying pretty much regional. Hopefully no cancellations.

After this week will run a hard 2 weeks which will included going back to northeast with just one day off to go with my dad and brother to the Eagles-Dolphins game. Gonna take 7 days off over Thanksgiving so want to run as hard as possible

seems like most choice drivers make their money staying in a region, how hard is it with the rates to leave one region and go to another? lets say you ran the northeast then wanted to get into the midwest region for a few weeks then maybe back to northeast or to the southeast, how much of a hit could one take to move from region to region and how often would it be possible? also are there any 700- 800 mile runs that come on the board? thanks for all have posted about the program good or bad and be safe.

You can certainly find loads from one area to another. The rates may be lower than you want, or pretty good depending on where you are going to/from. Yes, there are loads over 700 to 800 miles. Rates vary depending on the lanes.

I've hauled quite a few over 800 miles....but I've found my most success staying regional. This week for example I had to start all over when one of my loads cancelled an I still managed to book $3500 gross without ever being more than 350 miles from my front door. And that will also include 2.5 days off in there.

Next week I need tot get to the northeast so I will probably look for a long haul to get me there since rates going in are good, but if I can't find anything worthwhile I'll puddle jump my way there.

Oh I also was told by my ICA that I will be making $175 for that driver assist load. That sounds like to much but he said that's what it is.

Of course he also said he would get it on this week's settlement but as of today it hadn't posted so take it for what it's worth

I hope you get it. They'd probably pay double that if it was a lumper service and not even question it.
