Sorry to hear about your payroll problems.....you can also report them to the Wage an Hour Division of the U.S. Department of labor. The company cannot legally continue to fail to pay you on time. You can find their number in the phone book or online. You need help and they can help you.

It looks to me like you're already at the point of never getting it.

Legal action may likely be required, which begs the question of the owed money being worth the cost of legal proceedings.

This would not surprise me in the slightest considering the overall sorry state of this crooked industry.

The #1 thing to do is to make sure you have complete and accurate records of all receipts, payroll stubs, check-in /check-out time, W-2's, logs, screenshots of qualcomm msgs, etc. Then find a good Labor & Employment lawyer in your state, consult with him/her, and sue these clowns for backpay + interest.

Then run, don't walk, away from the mega carriers. And whatever you do, don't look back or you'll be turned into the pillar of salt of Biblical fame.

The world is your oyster and we wish you nothing but the best!

It would be a small claims since it's under $2500, but it would certainly gain their attention.

I would love to see the outcome of this

Call the labor board, companies get in line real quick. I've used them 3 times 100% success rate.

They are being sued in Texas for skimming money from lease operators.. Not just within Celadon but the leasing company they own....
