Speaking of badges, I actually had someone flash a badge at me before. I was getting in the left lane because there was a tow truck on the right shoulder. There was a pickup truck in the left lane about 200yds behind me, so I wasn't exactly cutting him off. Of course, he did what all performance diesel trucks to when you put your turn signal on; he rolled coal and tried to pass me anyway. He went by on the shoulder while leaning over and holding what looked like a police badge up to the passenger window.

He kept on going and I just shrugged my shoulders. I'm guessing he was one of those impersonators that pulls over women to harass them.

I grew up in Jersey. The ‘finger’ is on the State Flag! Lol
I had a 4 wheeler call in on me for giving him the finger. Poor snowflake. He should learn to merge! I was in Charleston WV. My safety guy asked him how he got our number. So, while driving after the finger flip, he looked up the company on google and called in. After that story, my safety guy wasn’t very concerned. He just said to try and not flip off people when they can get the company name off the truck. Lol I said I would try but I should get a ‘Jersey’ exemption for ‘cultural’ reasons :-/

congrats Driver. If I see you I’ll flip you off so you feel special!! :)

I know this is going to sound like a tall tale, but here goes. About 6 months before I took some time off to care for my sick mom I was inside our main terminal. My bosses boss called for me. He mentioned for me to have a seat and put the call on speaker. It was a female calling in on me. The incident had happened out on the I 285 loop near the Airport about an hour before. My company used 3-digit truck numbers and mine was 106. This female said she remembered the number because she wrote it down. I had run her off the road and as she got up next to me I was laughing at her. The only problem is I am a White Male and this lady said the driver of Truck 106 was a Black man. He pressed the hook button and looked at me. I was surprised because I had come in on I 75 then onto I 675 and never really was on the loop that day. Anybody that knows Atlanta knows you transition right from I 675 to Moreland Blvd. He asked me how long had I been in. Was I alone? Then he laughed and asked me do you turn into a black man when driving? In all my years on the planet Earth, I have been accused of a lot of things. But never have I been accused of being a black man. I was told to go on have fun on my hometime and he said he will put his notes where they belonged, in the round file!

It is most glorious when both driver and passenger display their intelligence level.

The last one for me came from two twenty-something country boys in a muscle car after being followed by them on a winding, two lane rural highway. Signs were telling slow traffic to yield after 5 or more vehicles were being impeded, but I pulled over for these yahoos (alone) at the first possible pullout. I suppose I ended up slowing them down (though not by much below the speed limit, I was empty) for perhaps 3 or 4 minutes? Yet I still caught the bird as they drove past me, anyway.

I must be doing something wrong, I rarely have any adverse reactions from other drivers, as far as 4 wheelers there not the one whom is suppose to be the professional out there, you are. So if your getting alot of 1 finger salutes, you need to change your driving habits.
