I want to be a truck driver but a few questions?

    Well I would say stay away from both but if I had to chose one of them I would go with Swift,C.R England will make you do a lease agreement and you'll wouldn't make any good money,matter of face,I think C.R England wouldn't even give a truck until you a lease..:biggrin_25513:

    I would recommend checking into a local community college CDL training program. It is far less expensive & better training than a Cdl mill pike England. Understand, when you sign a contract for Cdl training, you are taking out a loan that you must pay back at a ridiculous interest rate. Even if you drop out or are sent home for whatever reason. Lastly, if you dont take any of my advice, take this one: DON'T LEASE TRUCK. NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY. if you lease you are on the hook for a lot of operating cost. It can ruin your finances and your credit. Sign on as a company driver only. Good luck.
