Now I have literally seen everything I can possible see lol Chester would roll over in his grave..

 

It’s moments like this that make me glad I work for a company that isn’t so desperate to put out a rap video. In fact we’re not desperate at all!

 

And this came as a surprise how?

 

I know a guy who works 3 shifts as a security guard at Coke & 3 shifts at Amazon & makes more then most OTR drivers make working less hrs. Lets face it, if your only driving a truck for a check, OTR is a screw job for most. Thats why the companies always give you a good yearly salary range, but never tell you, you have to work the equivalent of 2 fulltime jobs to get it at straight pay.
The jobs where I work that are salary or paid by the load usually take 12hrs a day & they don't want to pay OT. People usually sign on till a hourly position opens up. My company has 4 pay by the load runs but they can't keep them filled & have to use OTR carriers who do it just to get their trucks back to OR or ID at break even rates

 

I think it was their idea . We all laugh but it’s all in good fun

i wouldnt even apply there, even if i had a desire to drive over the road. sorry to say i might break 60K this year and you WILL NEVER make that working for CR england.... to think im only hauling milk lol.

 

So after wasting time reading all the England bashing (somewhat well deserved), what happened to being bankrupt with no bills?

 

You know what job is worse then being a C. R. England driver??? Being a C. R. England recruiter.
