I believe it already is a "cash cow". Like them or not, their business model obviously works very well. No, I would't drive for them.

What you should do is buy frieghtliner and design a truck that's covered in bubble wrap. So when Swift does it's thing it just bounces causing no damage to truck, driver and etc. Only problem is that you would then need to buy Wabash and do the same with a trailer

This is one of those "pot/drunk talk posts right?

That's the problem with almost all large fleets, the CEO has never been behind the wheel, heck, most of them have probably never been inside the cab.

Exit interviews should be a state or federal law to help companies improve

That would have to be a very high pay scale. Someone like myself with 21 yrs exp., I'd want at least 75K guaranteed pay.

Ok, I come to work for you, I have over 2 million, can I spec it?

That's a little drastic, I'd want them to have at least 3 yrs exp., and every other year they need to go out on a trainer truck for 30 days so they don't forget.

    Or, promote your best trainers

I'd go 5 yrs with the company, or 5 five yrs combined exp. with a minimum of 2 with the company, minimum of two years of mountain/chaining exp. also

80 mph max speed, and I'd make it annually, not 6 mos., that's more of an incentive. Agree with the rest.

34 hours off for every 1 week out, with a max of 4 days home time, driver can accumulate time and cash it out at the end of the year. 2 weeks vacation after 1 yr, and up to 5 yrs, then 1 week added on there after ever 3 yrs. up to a max of 5 weeks.
