yup, enjoy it while it lasts. Have to lose 1/2 hour of productivity starting in July (must take 30 minute continuous break before driving past 8th hour).

Pretty cool. How come you never say who you work for though? I had to remind my dispatcher that today was my one year at the company.

Can probably narrow it down, only so many companies with 2000 drivers I'd imagine.

I think he drives for Roehl, but not 100% on that. Who ever you drive for, congrats on the award and keep up the hard work.

Oh,Ok I get it now............so legal on e-logs is when the computer says "DRIVE"!
Anyone running "hard" isn't running legal. Just because you don't sleep when you should be and your watching your e-log for when to drive again doesn't mean your running hard...............it just means your running tired. Learn the difference.

I have been around long enough to know that when a driver say "I am running hard". It means he's running loose leaf logs and he's going to show up a day before his log books do.

How many miles did this guy run a week?

And they say its the Noobs that are the sore on truckings ###. Sir its dicks like you that bring this industry down. How about you be happy for a fellow driver for doing a good job and being safe out there.

Where did he say that he felt the need to run illegally, he said that IF he had to run 11 hrs straight to make a delivery time , he did. He merely stated that he took it on himself to go a bit harder than most would, nothing wrong with hustling to get the job done. Now if he came on an open forum and said that he was running as hard as he could in order to "win an award"... DOT/HOS rules be ###### then I would be the 1st one to let him know just how ignorant, not to mention dangerous that would be.

I might be wrong, but didn't he have another thread about having a couple of insidents. He was using another name, pretty similar( I know that name). kind of wierd how he got an award when he was with 2 different companies in the last year!

All you have to do is go into his profile and you can pull up every post he ever posted and find out for yourself. You can do that on anyone...
