I'd rather be making 26% of $3.62 a barrel multiplied by a 130 barrel trailer for a one hour turnaround as a company driver working at Power Fuels than hauling cheap freight as an owner operator with the liability of a truck payment and paying for your own fuel.

I would make more if I was not so dam lazy.
I would make more if I did not have 3ex-wifes.
I would make more if I did not have 7 kids to support.
I would make more if I did not drink so much.
I would make more if I did not have so many toys.

Yes. seen this dude at Lake Station T/A with this black, green, and chrome extended hood with like 8" stacks, giant spoilers, etc.. I was walking across the street to get some Chinese, and I was thinking, " Man, how does that dude do it? " Well on the way back there were three federal marshal's putting the bracelets on him at the fuel island. He knew how to hot wire the pump and get fuel. The mistake he made was I guess it takes a little over 100 gallons to set off the tank leak alarm, and he stole just a little too much. He probably been doing it for years.

Bus drivers are next in line. Followed by taxis.
Sometimes I hear about them prosecuting vending machines

Psh oh you KNOW what they do the rest of the time: they show up at scales and set DOT cops STRAIGHT when drivers try something they read on the internet and the diesel cops stop them
