ICC bumper damage enough to put it out of service?

What did they do when they noticed the skirt sticking out

 

The right edge was right at 12inches when I measured it

 

Define right at….11 and 15/16 inches or 12 and an 1/8 it makes a difference…I will say right at to me says it was legal.

Lol, he pushed on the bulge a couple times looking at it curiously and moved on. I believe technically he could write it up as a dimensional violation like your mudflap. Trailer was almost brand new, was early Sunday morning and the officer wasn’t the ball busting type.

 

So would you say I did the right move by not pulling it because its hard for me to think after getting fired for following the rules
