I had a broker load in Crystal Hill VA a couple of weeks ago and it was pyramid loaded. The place had a " no climbing on load or bed, no throwing tarps, we will throw your tarps for $30" racket.

There was a little bitty truckstop about 2 miles down the road and I thought 2 steel traps would cover the load. It was a nice sunny day so I decided to drive it down the road. Since roehl or myself don't like straps outside of tarps.

Well.. I get to the little T-stop and get my tarps and stuff out. Throw my first steel tarp, too short on sides. So, I had to use a lumber on front steel turned sideways on back. I realized that day, you really use your creativity when the load is taking you home.

Lifting that Lumber tarp on the bed and then on the load sucked.
