LilAce Hey check out the videos on Youtube by Yourboye Thetrucker. He has many good vids and he does drive for Swift. I dont know anyone right off hand who does them for Werner but I havent looked either.....Keep a good attitude and you can survive almost anything.

Ever heard of "buyer beware"? I don't have to work for someone, do business with them or have firsthand experience with them to know when something doesn't look right. Granted, that would be nice, but that's why word of mouth and a company's reputation are very valuable commodities these days. A lot of times, things can be very inaccurate, but when you've got so many threads/posts about both companies and it leans strongly one way or the other, I'm going to base my opinion on those. So, I'd never work for Werner based on the reputation they have in the trucking community. In fact, I picked my current company based SOLELY on the reputation it has on this very forum.

You had a good experience with Werner. Congrats! Because unlike you, there's a lot who haven't. Lastly, I'm guessing you've never said a good or bad thing about a product and/or company based entirely on other's opinions?

Werner has a good student training program, and that's about it. Once your on the road, the dispatchers, load planners, permits, driver placement, Gra-Gar, driver relations people, etc do as little as possible to help you succeed as a new driver. Luckily, I had a good trainer who still makes himself available when I need advice.
