    The trick is being able to find comps to use as a basis. As in other auction sales and the like. The pros that do appraisals for a living have the hookups for that data. I ran into this setting up coverage on my antique murdercycles. I couldn't find comps that were similar enough to be meaningful numbers. I got the coverage I wanted with some photo documentation.

    My barber lost his house and belongings in a fire, only covered about 40% of a replacement home due to material cost. He ended up buying a house and didn’t go broke so he got lucky.

    Look at truckpaper to find out what new ones are going for of the model you want. To replace my flatbed that I just bought last year is $70k right now! No joke......thats crazy talk.....for a Flippin flatbed. Prices are insane.
