The wheelbase might only be 150”, but it will be close to 20ft overall length, if not more than that with the plow attachment on the front.

Thank you for the lead. I've submitted the info to Landstar systems. We'll see what happens there. I watched their video but only saw enclosed trailers. But that doesn't mean they don't also have flatbed trailers.
Actual dimensions bumper to bumper is 18'6" and 9 ft tall and almost exactly 9k pounds.

They have something like a billion trailers (just kidding) so they can accommodate you.

Landstar definitely has some flatbeds running around. Make sure that 9 foot is a solid number, a few more inches and its going to be a stepdeck only instead of standard flatbed.

In discussing with them, yes its a very solid number to the top of the spotlights on top of the cab. They deal with a lot of heavy shipping but they don't come as far as California. So they know how to measure and weigh loads.

Did they have something going on with the new Laws from California on O/O's? Seems like I thought they had told some they cant do cali anymore or something to that nature. I am prob thinking of something else.

Nope, the California contractor issue is a domestic-based owner issue, not an interstate issue. They are hauling into and out of California all the time, I have 4 trucks out there now two inbound and two out of 4 there outbound tomorrow, one going to NJ and the other to Florida.

If LS said they don't do this or that, then this is being thrown out to agents who will say no for some stupid reason.
