I am going apply to kllm I see where they train and have mixed reviews. Anybody currently training or driving for them?
Just my opinion, for what its worth, if you really want to pull reefer,and need training, I recommend Prime Inc. We share a lot of the same accounts. They have quality equipment, and stress the IMPORTANCE of good fuel mileage. I make bonus every month here. My last bonus was $350ish.
Was in kllm orientation a few weeks ago and the overwhelming majority of the group was lease. There were only four of us that were going company, though I've since spoken with a couple drivers and it sounds like they're probably going to bail on their lease because they're not making money. Apparently there's not enough loads to make the lease payment, cover expenses, and make a decent profit. They say they're making less than me, with a lot more risk
