Hes fired if he fails to tell them and they find out. It depends on where the ticket was and if it was on an inspection report. That would hurt him worse when he trys to get a new job why was you fired? OH TTR people told me not to report a ticket and my company found out!.....

Of course you're not rewarded, its a no win situation that's how today's America is.But its going to be much worse if he doesn't report it to his safety dept.I think its his companies responsibility to mail the ticket back to the address on the ticket.

What exactly did you get? A fixit ticket from the state? Did you have to get it signed off? Was it an inspection form with a violation noted? What was the violation exactly? Let's be clear about what happened before you ask for advice.

I suspect Chaos has a idea that people come on here to TTR and we all have sort of become kind of spoiled brats wanting precise information on the new visitor.

And the new visitors have not been... too revealing in their cases recently. Frankly any information that ties together the problem they are asking for help on is valuable to all of us so we can agree on what to do.

however. there has been a couple people called out for BS visits to TTR and rile the place I suspect the Moderators have been busy.
