I've been using it for a long time. I clean the windshield with Windex then put RainX on with a clean paper towel. Wait a minute for it to dry then put another coat on. Wait until that drys then buff the windshield with a clean dry cloth.

Once you put RainX on you need to keep up with it about once a week. When it starts to wear off your windshield will be 10 times worse then before you started using it. Sort of like a heroine addict.

Wonderful. Maintenance is not my strong suit.

Guess it's gonna have to be sooner or later.

It is Pete's load and he says he is worn out and needs a break. My dad asked me to take it. I am good to go thanks to the drug test I took for Pete's company last week. If all goes well I will be home sometime Saturday.

They sprung back to life about 3/4 the way here after it was bone dry. It didn't really rain any more than a trickle after all.

That rain-x was brutal in direct headlights though. Like driving from memory until they passed. I didn't get it on or off in the best of circumstances though.

This intermittent thing with the wipers I can tell is going to be one of those double whammy's at a repair shop. First they'll say I need a motor, then they'll say I also needed new wiring. It's never both, come on.

Pure carnauba paste wax with NO abrasive...

I drove my old Pinto for over a year just waxing the windshield—water blows right off. I couldn't afford the $110 for a new wiper transmission, well, that and it was stuffed up under the dash where it was almost impossible to get to.

    Try it.:yes2557:

And when your wipers are working, try a mix of water, a squirt of Dawn dish detergent and a splash of Purple Power in your washer solvent bottle. Takes the smear and glare away instantly.
