    Good.

    In 2005, In my pickup, lost an engine at 262,000. 4 weeks later lost the tranny.

    During this time, I lost all the ability to earn money with it. It was a desparate time.

    You have to take the good and the bad.

    As far as the clutch, do you do any backing?

    this repair would likely run you another $5500 at a shop. must be a heck of a favor

    It truly is a heck of a favor. $5500 is a bit steep... I'll have a grand in parts and towing, saving at least $1500 in labor I'm pretty sure!
