We were discussing this earlier. Assuming this POS Mexican was working for a farmer, could said farmer be held liable in a civil suit? Farmers typically have $, I’d sue his pants off if my daughter was murdered because some douche was only in town thanks to him being an enabler.

DTP, You are so right on! The Mexican held first and then the farmer, fines, loss of farm maybe and jail time. Death penalty for the Mexican illegal. Maybe just put them both in a locked room with the father and brother. I can't imagine their pain. Prayers and condolences to the family.

 

It sucks the girl died but we need Mexicans to farm the farms and do the manual work that we won’t do.
Maybe if they paid enough Americans will do it is a stupid argruement.

It doesn't really matter he is an illegal worker, he is just a scumbag. Probably mentally ill, comes from a broken home etc, doesn't matter at all to me, he's just a scumbag who should be prevented from breathing.
Its true the U.S. agricultural economy is based on cheap imported labour, but very few of them are at this level of worthless garbage, and a quick read of todays headlines will show a nice crop of homegrown all American ########. That fine upstanding white man from Colorado who murdered his kids and wife and dumped them in an oil tank while bleeding and weeping at the news conferences for instance.
Legal status, race, religion, gender, sexuality are all irrelevant, these are just garbage incorrectly wired human animals, and I truly believe should be treated exactly the same as you'd treat a mad dog.
