is it a dollar per mile if working for those tankers?

most tankers I've seen come out at night because there is no traffic to deal with and not many people fill up their cars late at night so it's easier to make moves at night. Pizza delivery nightshift you make money at night faster than the morning shift since more people buy pizzas at night than at lunch. I've driven cabs at night and it's just less traffic to be in.
