    How do you know they were "experianced" drivers?? Did they tell you that? (Yup, people never lie or streach the truth at all...) If a driver is truely experianced they won't "forget" how to drive.. They need some schooling on new regulations is about all..

    Driving school instructors are not gods.. I applied to a school once.. That school wanted to pay only $10 hr. to start...& it was part time.. How do you attract GOOD instructors when the pay is this crappy?

    I have a friend that got hired at Swift in Lancaster TX. He had to roll with a trainer for the regular training period. He had a CDL just got out of it in '03. He started back in Oct 2010. He is planning on doing 6 months and getting somewhere else.
