Is it true that Chicago firm Natex - Freight System vel Enterprices owns multiple weeks pays?

I made that same point to HR Trucking in Mississippi. It was even written into the very contract this twerp had us both sign. Thou shalt not charge back the driver. Tried to hit me for $4,400 because they were having trouble getting a broker to pay them.
I tried to point out that it is simple contract law. They have a contract with the broker - I have a contract with them !! You don't get to double dip.
BTW with HR Trucking that amount I quoted was the full amount on the rate. i.e. they had already taken their 18%, then ran into trouble and THEN hit me with the full amount as if they had received nothing.
Who said that the trucking industry wasn't full of selfish greedy rats?
Had to pay an attorney $500 to get that money back.
I wish I had taken them to court. The judge would have laughed at them.

 

IMHO, if someone have nothing constructive to add up to the subject, at least should make an effort and stay quiet. Not to bash victimized person over something as small as one more post.
Someone who feels powerless against scammers using loopholes and maybe even paying lobbers to keep that loopholes open.
Especially that every day such companies praying on drivers looking for job may victimize another person...

If they operate out of Chicago IL, especially Park Ridge area could someone let me know at least first name(s) of "acting bosses"? Maybe office and/or mechanic shop address company staff work out of so I could investigate farther, if they are same people that owe me and many others money?
