We have quite a few kids on here. They're usually trucker wannabes and they're really interested in the industry. They're easy to spot.
As long as they don't go Totally Teenager on us we cut them a little slack. Not much, just a little.
If all that unbridled energy and youthful enthusiasm causes them to start running their mouth and pissing people off we set them out back to season a little. They always come back.
