Maybe you have a good work attitude? Know what you are doing?

No, not possible. Ask anyone. (On this board, at lease. [haha, pun])

You're right. We are easy to track down. You can find most of us at home every night. As for myself, you can find me running from Long Beach CA to McKitrick CA Monday thru Friday.

Too repetitive for me. Glad you're happy where you are.

Seems to me there is no end to new drivers wanting to find the right company out of the gate/start of their careers that wont screw them. It's wishful thinking. Very rare is the truck driver that can just get a nice, regularly scheduled gig with a great local company.

What would seem to be best for new drivers is to stop searching in vain for that one great company, and instead, keep your expectations in line and prepare for a tough first year. Once you get through that (which is made easier by tempered expectations), then you can improve your situation.

But if you wanna succeed, you gotta be prepared to ride a tough road at the start. Most people aren't.

So many people make the assumption that everybody wants to be on a regular local gig. While many people do want those jobs, there is a significant number among us who would go ape s*** on something like that.

    Just sayin.

Man most truck divers could win the lottery, have sex with a playboy model, and get a new truck all in the same day. They would still find something to complain about.

Is there a company that no one hates? I can think of one and they're not hiring.
