He spent 400 doing it! He ain't got it no better! He stood there and held the hose on HIS truck that HIS mechanic gets paid fat money to work on. He stood there next to a 100k fire breathing dragon that eats 600.00 a week in food. LOL.

I am not "young" at 51 but ludacris amount of energy and no dilemma.

Taking it for granted is a slap in the face to the amount of work it takes to become a carrier OO and then the amount of work it takes to stay one.

Trucking is the fire and the pan is the escape.

Jeesh man anyone that hasn't done it really really just is not going to get it.

Sorry @gokiddogo I'm ranting in here. But we are on the same page and I feel you!

Roads are worse by the day... My dog is sore and could barely walk a few days because of all the roads beating us. We are too busy paying for everyone else all over the world and not taking care of our own..yea now another bank collapse this morning..i

Welding is always something I wish I could get better at, I always wind up going through $100 worth of wheels grinding it all back down then calling the welder to have him do it anyway

Really trying to get myself up to be full time local in another year or two, I probably haul for one of the best LTL houses in the north east that pays good, fast, and the nicest bunch of people, but the rest of it starts to take a toll.

and that’s providing I even make it, had to pinch off an air bag on i78 the other day and had the NJ container hauler that was on the rumble strip been a foot to the right a little more none of it would of been my problem anyway even after diving and rolling under the trailer

Get a 14k knee operated pipe bender and 5000 worth of stock and a building (The hard part!!) and you will be bending and welding exhaust 24 hours a day if you wish!

Friggin exhaust shops with a great bender/welder are KILLING it! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
