If they allow lease ops like me the standards are pretty low.......

Not burning bridges is a big thing in this industry. Everywhere I have left on good terms, and I still have a couple of companies calling me now!

Things are going pretty good for me here at SEC. As everyone knows, starting over is a crap shoot at best. It takes.awhile to learn the system and what a company expects from you as well.

Fortunately after coming from gti who had a very complicated system: which I felt I had a pretty good handle on: I am finding my transition here to be going rather quickly. Their system is quite simple and freight is very good. Got a very good DM who has been with the company for a very long time and makes it a point to take care of the drivers who are willing to work. He knows what I like to do and keeps it coming. They offer you a choice of any load available in your area. Often there are several to choose from and most are good runs. My dm always lets me know which ones has the better freight coming out to help me make a good choice. I have been choosing Texas a lot since we always have great loads coming out of Louisiana and they dead head me back for those... no more blizzards for me this season...

I hope all my friends find good homes to land.

Not that it does me any good, tow, but would they be able to get me home to Michigan every six weeks or so? Or do they not have freight lanes in this area. Maybe I'm a glutton for self-induced punishment, kind of like pushing that sore spot just to feel the pain.
