i did not mean to offend any drivers by asking a driver culpability question, the only reason i ask about this is because i want to know what a driver's responsibilities and rights are, legal stuff like that

i live near long beach port, second busiest port in our country and obviously a 24/7 target for terrorists, i recently learned that the long beach harbor takes this trash much more seriously than folks in masachusetts

the attitude here is more severe and reactive, it's like what happens now when someone verbalizes a "bomb joke" at the airport

if these two guys did that on the roads here, local drivers tell me it would certainly be viewed as a major security breach and cause much more significant reaction than a twitter message and mild admonition from the police

like some dude wearing a bomb in his underwear boarding a plane--i suppose that trash is amusing on some level to some folks somewhere, but not here and that was the sole basis of my inquiry

I would wonder if the whole situation would be treated similar to this story? But then those kids on the back choose to be there, while this guy did not.

Moral of the story: Don't mess around with a Truck Driver's blind spots.

That's a train in India. Westerners only ride it once, then never again. The Indians poop, pee, vomit, everywhere inside and outside the train and don't clean themselves either. You ride those trains you constantly step in or touch poop, because it's everywhere; door handles, hand rails, everywhere.

Kid #1: "At what point did this become a bad idea?"

    Kid #2: "45 mph."

(and yes I know what "sketching" is, what we called it back in the day. It was on ice with shoes. "Tagging" was on a bike and you could go MUCH faster!)
