Just got pulled over, but did I or didn't I get a ticket?

You got a free escort. If you had kept going, it would not have been free.

Those are photo-tickets such as "Red light tickets" and photo radar speeding tickets. I guess some places give tickets through the mail for running toll roads without paying.

A king LEO would’ve stopped traffic for you to back and let you continue on your way.

What kind of police was it? State, local, county or the Sheriff s department?

In what state did this happen?

    Nope.

Maybe maybe not. But my guess is you got properly tossed from the town in a nice way.

No truck signs tend to sprout when locals are fed up with convoys of trucks going down a particular road. Not always.

You wont believe some of the traffic problems I was faced with in my time before computers.

Those are illegal at this time in Arkansas so far. The State house is making noises about it but for right now none of that here.

I think TN also removed legal basis for the red light camera. I know my city removed the red light cameras it did have because revenue was 1/3 of what the vendor claimed it would be. I think the state changed the law a few months later.

That statement is not true, they do not need your signature to issue a ticket, but in this case I do not think he is sending you a ticket or you would have received it then.

We have a local road around here the OTR trucks like to use because they think it is quicker and shorter than staying on the truck route, funny because it is neither shorter nor quicker. But it is not a truck route which means every 53' be pulled by a standard sleeper is over length. Since they are actually tearing up the road and increased the maintenance I am looking for the No Truck (except local del) Signs to go up. They also have to replace the guardrails weekly because these trucks have trouble making the corner. Not to mention they blow thru school zones without slowing down, I have been passed numerous times in front of the school by driver mills. Anyway, the point drivers get trucks tossed more than any other reason.
