But that does not mean that your company values you. I have worked my butt off for companies, been the hardest working employee, and still got screwed over. Some companies just don't care

That's a whole new thread. Different topics and I do agree with you on that one.

That's why we have the freedom to choose the best scenario for each one of us out there, whatever fits best with what we want from our work place.

I see the lazy bums that come back to our terminal everyday with a whole bunch of returns, that I know they didn't even try to deliver.... Then I'm the one who gets sent to these places to do their job.

I'm sure glad I don't work for the moron , brain dead fool that suggested I value my services too highly !!

Well, maybe just maybe the idiot has a management position and that's why he gave us his worthless 0.2 cents

So, attempting to get everyone back on track... How are the studies coming along for the HazMat endorsements? Have you applied for the background check yet?

    Stay Safe,

Giuseppe Ventolucci and ajohnson Thank this.

Don't be so sensitive. The reason anybody said things like that was to remind you that despite your good work ethic and performance, those endorsements are required for LTL jobs. The point was that it was a bit arrogant to think that you should get a pass because you are such a good worker, or that it would be no big deal because you have a Plan B. I'd bet your other options aren't as good as what you have now, so maybe some humility and gratitude are in order.

I should be good to go take the test once I get the green light from TSA.

Btw, I had no idea that I had to do the driving test all over at DMV

No, I can promise you they won't reimburse you. That would be like them reimbursing you for getting your CDL. If you have an accident and you don't have the required endorsements, you and the company will in for a lawsuit and fines. You had better make it a priority, even if it means missing work or you will be looking for another job.
