    I rested the weight of the thing on box below and then installed eye bolts as anchors to suck ladder flush up against the locker. It doesn't budge or rattle. I also have it locked with a bike lock on the right side.

    Good call on the resting on the box, with the two straps as well, that’s not going anywhere
