Well there's a plethora of babes, most of which I'm too old for.
No state income tax.
Lot's of freight.
Really good roads. I mean the TX roads are a hundred times better than California or Indiana interstate.
You can carry a gun.

I wonder if there's any property available near Blair?

 

I've considered TX numerous times over the years but I can't stop thinking about TN.

And the roads thing..... CA an IN are a pretty low bar.

If you had mentioned trees in there I would have thought you were talking about Washington State.....
There is even lots of cheap freight just like TX.... Most of it going to even worse spots just like TX.

Had to go back when Mom passed in December. I miss nothing in that entire metro area........
