I can see legal action coming from.this posting of citation. Basically they are saying the driver is guilty until proven innocent.

But this time the suggested routing was the only way to Kirkwood. I do understand that ultimately it is my responsibility to make sure I can be legal. Just wish CSR would investigate routes prior to taking a load like this into.restrictions Ted areas. I still enjoy Melton and this wont change that. Things happen and we deal with it

    Noggin Thanks this.

doesn't seem fair that Melton says "this is the way I think you should go" and then passes the buck when it's time to pay the ticket. If that's what's going to happen.

    Noggin Thanks this.

fYI: company policy has been changed, pre trips and LCTC must be logged on duty now. Says logs/safety in Laredo.

California roads have been a headache for a long time , hence the california legal trailers and trucks , I am sorry you had this problem Wynd , it could have happened to any of us , if it makes you feel bettter I got 54.00 charged to my paycheck this week for texas tolls I didn't stop and pay , probably wouldn't have been charged if I just paid them at the toll booth and turned in the bill - but because I didn't I apparently get to pay for them .even though they know what load it was for that is company policy. I have had 2 loads this week so far , 400 miler and a 700 tarp to D.C., hoping for a weekend redemption here although the trees are beautiful here in Breezewood Pennsylvania getting ready for fall

I have had two bad weeks last week was a trailer repair in Seattle. So hoping for a good weekend trip and a good next week. It sucks that we have to wind up paying for thing like that. But I guess it come with the territory

Last week was not so good for me either. 1800 for the week.

This week may be different. 1350 down already and another 550 down in the morning. Both tarped.

Ill be empty in Denton tomorrow right around the time that Melton likes to send me to GAF in gainsville. Hate those GAF loads, but the miles on them are usually good. Would be nice if it wasn't hazmat but I'm (un)lucky enough to be endorsed.

What Toll Road was it in Texas? None of the ones around Dallas or Austin have toll booths anymore. They are pay by mail only unless you have a toll tag.

Yep. GAF to Atlanta. Tarp and hazmat. I was hoping for more miles for the weekend but 850 will have to do.
