Lifting requirement for tanker drivers (for future refrence)

    If you pump it off why cant your back suck it back into the trailer? Might be less hassle than dealing with heavy hoses.

    Nightwind, I would try to corner a couple of drivers and see what they say. Like some have posted the hay baler girl might have inflated the numbers. You might have to lift a hose some to get some product out of it in some unusual circumstances but if you are pumping off or back sucking a common practice is to coil the hose (loop) if there is enough and roll it out that way.

    Our PTO pumps only push product 1 way. That would require swapping hoses at the pump in which case a lot of product would run out anyway. Most of the time the pump clears the hoses pretty well after walking them.
