    Do you have a written contract with them if you do you can do something about it if you don't you can't but go some where else

    Ask for a raise and say you'll do it yourself since it's a 1.5 man job.

    It should pay 1.5 times the rate.
    It saves THEM $$ hiring another body on salary and benefits.

    You're already doing it.

    Or, you can leave.
    They may say no.
    You're already doing it.
