Contact www.hireright.com they are the administrators of DAC. I believe they will mail you one free DAC report a year. Not all companies report to DAC. Don't be afraid of it if you are a solid employee your DAC can get you job offers faster provided you worked for companies that report. Less entries on your DAC the better. Stay at your 1st trucking job for a full calendar!

I put negative stuff on my own DAC. Take that companies I'll never work for.

Btw, Airgas doesn't use Hireright.

so if i steal your identity and start applying for jobs thats ok even if a company varified that your info was used for that driving job

 

If anybody is going through a situation where your previous employer put something on your DAC report my honest opinion there is most likely no disputing it through DAC report big companies pay DAC report for their services every month it's just like when you go to a shipper or receiver if it's something that you don't like deal with it don't bother telling your company about it because they don't care because they are paying them so they are not going to mess up their account with the customer. When you dispute a case through DAC report even if DAC report somehow removes it from your report companies still can go back and put it on there and I was told this personally. If anybody who is in truck driver school Please be aware of Werner I showed up at there orientation and I took their drug screen as I seen two drivers in front of me who was getting their drug screen done I did not like the way the nurse was handling the test so as I was finished taking my hair and my urinalysis test I began to ask the lady don't you guys supposed to put a tamper seal over the urinalysis test? The next thing you know the lady who was menstrating the orientation class jumped in my conversation and said you can talk to a terminal manager if you want about it I responded okay sure she left out of the room and then come back until 45 minutes later she came back and said that the terminal manager is inside of the meeting she then began to tell me to go back inside of the room and finish up my I-9 form as I was waiting on the terminal manager I began to sit at the computer and not doing anything because at this point I felt like what is the purpose if I have not talked to the terminal manager because I don't have time to deal with the bull crap if something ends up wrong with my urinalysis test she then came over and said you there something wrong I told her I was not going to continue with the process if I could not talk to a terminal battery she then left and said hold on wait right here let me go and see if he is outside of the meeting she then took another 45 minutes to come back and said he is still in a meeting now at this particular time I know where someone is bull crapping me so I got upset and told her that I did not want to to continue with the drop process anymore she responded okay so I left Ivan call my recruiter and told him everything what had happened the next thing you know my recruiter said he was going to give me a call back that day but I didn't talk to him until the next following day then he told me that I needed to call down to the terminal because they can put on my DAC as a refusal of drug because I left the drug screen process without finishing really absolutely does not make any sense at all why would I show up to a orientation knowing that I will have to take a drug test then get there in refuse doesn't make any sense so I am going to the process of getting it removed but I am not going through DAC because never anything that I have witness has been changed through a DAC dispute...

 

It's psychology dude. When people know they are in the wrong,trying to cover their actions,or include other people to help them is going to be their go to course of action. Females are 100% more likely to do it, how many times have you seen some chick get loud and ghetto maybe in a Walmart or something and then turn to her man to defend her when #### gets stupid.

You was right it was supposed to be sealed with your initials written on top. I would have took out my phone and made her YouTube famous though. If some dude did piss hot he prob would have paid you for the video since he could have easily sued the hell out of them using the video has evidence they were messing around.

 

It was a bas situation from the jump I did not have my phone because the night befor i went to the terminal my kids played on my phone that night on you tube so when i woke up it was already like 6 oclock i had to be up there at 7 so i jumped up then flew out the door i really wish i did have my phone...
