Never had to do it before. If I drive two trucks in one day how do I log it? Do I just flag and notate the change? In the box at the top for tractor & trailer number do I list them all there?

That's what I used to do when I had to change trucks during the day. I mean, trucks break down etc..
I just ADD the truck number in the "truck number" block on the log. Dont remove or strick through the 1st truck number etc, just add the 2nd truck number .

That's what I have always done.

Same here; just add the truck number and/or trailer number.

Don't forget to show a pre trip and post trip for each truck.

Smith Transport did that to me. Freightliner regen system would do a regin and engine light's stayed on. Computer said it wasn't using enough def . Electronic log in one truck looked different in the other truck

It's all written out in the Little Green Pocketbook. The pocketbook of the rules and regulations are all there. read it over and if you still do understand come back.

Sounds like you got Jack's old truck.
