Looking for a change thinking of tanker I live in South Jersey and have 2 years exp in reefer

probably start you out at 19 an hour plus overtime after 40.Hometime can vary from every weekend to every other week.They are short handed now so they will try and keep you out but on the plus side you will make money.My buddy who's been there since 2007 made over 90k.

 

still at 75.

 

Better off with Hassel.

 

Have another friend at highway not a bad company but trucks are set at 65.He makes around 1400 a week.

 

If you want to make money Hassel can't be beat.If you need good insurance and hometime Venezia is where to go.Know both companies real well.

 

It's just a starting pay.Show you are good and you can negotiate with Tom.My buddy is making 21 plus free health insurance.You will get plenty of hours.

 

You won't get that right off the bat with Hassel.My buddy was going to quit a few years ago and made a deal with Tom.Venezia has the best insurance blue cross and costs 6 dollars week for 950 deductible or 19 for 350 deductible.

 

All depends on what your looking for.Hassel you will make more money and trucks go 75.Venezia has better insurance and has different divisions some are otr,some you can be home during the week and weekends and some home daily.Just depends on your needs.
