    I used to haul alot of rock back then.
    Could be many different companies in that area.
    I mean in tha time frame there were Hayne, Leach, metro and hatcher and all of those no longer exsist. Then again there is long haul rock and sand haulers to. The trucker you're looking for may not even live in Ga.

    Those actually look a lot like TA mud flaps.

    Most companies wont buy mudflaps with thier company name, the mudflaps they have will have a logo from a shop or a truck stop they either bought the truck from or frequent.
