Looks like Omni specialized is in trouble

UPDATE
Conference call in happened at 5:45 ET
It was Tom and Adam and they (said/lied) past pay from Friday 6/3 that was supposed to go through today did not happen because "unexpectedly" a NEW creditor came in under the other creditors and that stopped "Omni" from making the payroll payments today BUT
EVERYONE will be paid on Friday...
Just more BS...
Hopefully ALL the drivers will now walk away and they can file with the court as creditors and in a Chapter 11 past wages are first priority to the courts.

 

me either. I called 15 times before I could get a $#!++y excuse of why it wouldn't come today. but they tried their best to sound convincing on the phone in the conference that they were sure it'd be there today.

 

well the bet cant be placed now . but I don't think we will get paid . I'm glad I took my truck away from them in time

 

you know the crazy thing is that I was there Wednesday before all this happened and gave their stuff back. Adam and my dispatcher tried to sit there and sweet talk me into not leaving and how I was going and be guaranteed better paying loads and that I would be guaranteed an exceptional settlement after deductions. then Friday comes and the very person (my dispatcher) who sat there and tried to persuade me to stay walked the heck out on them . now what if I was dumb enough to stay...I think not. I looked both of them in the eye and said "no I'm leaving , you had you opportunity when I applied for the job " and walk out of the conference room. how can a person sit there and ask you to trust them then abandon ship lol .. thought they had a fun dummy on their hands , NOT TODAY

 

Here's a QTNA how in all outside do you not know who you owe.
so where is this new creditor coming from ?
Didn't you just go to court to make an agreement with you creditors to get funds released?
did you just so happen to forget one ?
how many more are there?

 

Well drivers,remember a couple of days ago when I said to have an "exit strategy" in place? I think now is the time to enact it before more creditors stall the payout process.

 

I had mine . when I walked out of that office I went to a new company and was out on a delivery the same day . made two short drops and made half of my gross in one day than a weeks work at Omni

You should have received a letter in the mail (home address) from
Bankruptcy Noticing Service...You need to read it and get the PROOF OF CLAIM FORM discussed in Section 7 of the back side of the letter.

 

If I give you my number can you keep me updated? So I know whether I'm gonna get paid or not

 

Do you know if you got the Bankruptcy Letter in the mail ? If my husband doesn't get his direct deposit by Friday HIS PROOF OF CLAIM FORM will be sent out Saturday morning.
