Looks like Omni specialized is in trouble

Everything that has been said about Omni is true.
What has not been told is that this morning 1 of omni's biggest creditor made Tom Witt(#######) an offer this morning to deposit money into an account for payment of the drivers payroll and fuel for drivers to unload the loads and get trucks back to the yard and help get drivers home.
Needless to say, Tom Witt(#######) declined to accept the offer.
BTW, YES, I'm an ex-driver for omni.
And YES I am home.
I would personally like to thank everyone for kind words and thoughts for the drivers with omni.

 

Oh I think he understands things quite well. Hopefully he gets a cell right beside Pielsticker.

 

Put him right up there with Rod Larsen. They need to create a blacklist so jerks like these can't start up another company and pull the same stunt all over again.

 

The crooks in trucking never ceases to amaze me ...even the mafia paid they're people lol

 

Talked to my friend this morning, she has filed with the courts for lost wages and vacation time money. Also she said there is 2 guys stuck out west. One in Casa Grande and one in Wa. Lease purchase guys. They asked her to keep working in the office next week to help get everyone home, she's like what
Also scuttle butt has it Arron Tennant is trying to shuffle Onmi trks he holds title to ftom the Omni yard to the Tenant yard. I guess a bunch of trls have disappeared from their yard also

I'm here in new haven IN . cant seem to get in contact with the tenant driver here . but Omni and tenant are two diff entities

 

*smh* After everything I've seen, I think I would need some kind of assurances that it wouldn't be more of the same. Tennant sold its van division to Henderson for a reason. And they sold the flatbed division to Omni for a reason. Something stinks to high heaven about all this, and that's coming from someone who drove for Tennant Truck Lines before any of this happened.

 

So they have money for a high-dollar attorney, but can't afford to pay their drivers...

Beside him, hell, this would be more fitting...

 

That's kinda what I was thinking but I was being polite and keeping my mouth shut. Bit of a slow learner if he's just going to a different branch of the same company that doesn't have a good track record. Kinda like going to the dry part of a sinking ship instead of ####ing off in a life boat
