    P.P.S.
If you're willing to move here to the east coast, you can work 4 days on 3 days off AND touch NOTHING except the steering wheel, gearshift lever, and dolly crank handles AND gross at least $1500 per week.

    It's teams though.

I applied to both WM and the Republic Services trash companies. Had an interview a year or so ago for WM in ABQ, but no dice there. Put in some apps for Republic, but nothing from them either. As for the actual, Sat/Sun weekends off, I'd rather not have that. As I mentioned before, the labor aspect of P and D is alright with me, but I prefer having days off in the middle of the week due to the regular weekend days being chock-full of "normie crowds".
The 4-on/3-off thing sounds pretty good, but the east coast is a deal breaker for me. Last thing I need to do is move out there, then get chased off/out due to cultural clashes and such.
I mean, I live close enough to TX and get a little irate when someone confuses the area of NM I'm in as being part of the Loner Star state!!

But I'll have to find something else eventually. The pay with the current company definitely isn't going to get any higher based on all the maths I've been doing in regards to what combination of what work will net me the most income here.

I do all of my grocery shopping, nights out with the wife, fishing, and other stuff I enjoy doing on Tuesday and Wednesday for just that reason.

Well, there was a phone interview scheduled for 2pm this afternoon with Estes in Phoenix. But the TM there never called me and the recruiter didn't answer the phone either. I don't know what's up with that place, but it seems like I keep getting C-blocked for whatever reason when trying to get on over there.
Better keep pounding their doors and not let them "forget about me".

GFS Sales Service has Saturday and Sunday off.
GFS Chains work a 4 day week.
GFS transit works nights Sunday-Thursday usually.

I'll check to see if these guys are anywhere nearby. Foodservice on a whole doesn't really bother me if it's that after-hours, no-meeting-with-the-customer stuff.

day time stuff you will be meeting with customers. I don't think it's 100% possible to have a food service job where you don't ever meet a customer.

Well, guess that pretty much sinks this ship then. I'm going to continue plugging away at the linehaul thing. I could only maintain the "ambassador" charade for so long.

I'm just trying to stick to staying in NM, or moving to CO or AZ if I have to. The other option I'm looking at is just staying with Indian River and do the regional thing.
