Mack Anthem drivers help clear a notification that is annoying me

On my Volvo you CAN"T clear the freezing temp notification. It's a pain when you are in and out of colder temps. Sometimes you are above 35F and sometimes below 35F. When that's the weather the message shows up and every time the truck is warner than that key temp and then is at or below that temp you get the message. When you are at or below that temp continuously the Volvo just put a little snowflake on the screen next to the temp and didn't bother you. It's being on the fringes of cold temps that will bug you, unless you accidentally put duct tape over the message.

 

There is an outside temp sensor, you can disconnect it. Now I don't know what the new macks will do, but the older ones will just show a temp and that's it, won't move up or down at all.

 

One thing I have noticed of late is Cruise Control will not work if some faults are set. Disconnecting some things will cause faults to set.
