That is a great deal. Not everyday do they do the right thing. Must have got a good broker rep on that load.

He hasn’t answered what the load originally paid before the detention issue. If the load originally paid $800 he only got $100 for laying over. Then it’s not such a great deal.

no sir they will pay more then the $250. You have to fight for what is right. I was willing to throw #### out the truck and let them file a claim. Idgf
U don’t play with my equipment or they way I put food on the table for my family. Every Owner op has a voice it’s just sometime you have to be the one they can’t get off on.

Does it matter what the load payed or pays at the end of the day the load will be held for 1 night and they payed out $900. Houston to Dallas. Also most owner ops dont say #### and end up eating ####. It’s the first time this happened to me and I knew I wasn’t going to eat #### or be properly compensated. I’m happy with the outcome. Hopefully it helps the next person to speak up and not take a Bs answer back from the Broker.

So after you had the issue they are paying in total for the load $900? If that Is the case you pulled that load for super cheap.

They set you up!!! They knew it already. If they would tell you, you wouldn't accept their rate.

Or they might even send only $150. Whatever is on their contract.
