Which company would be better for a Newbie Maverick for Prime?

I here good things about Maverick, but they have all auto shifts. Not sure if this wld be considered a setback if you try to go to a company with all manuel transmissions. Any feedback wld be appreciated.

Do you have your cdl? If not then Maverick wont hire you anyway. We only train drivers who already have a cdl.

who cares about the trucks, he needs to learn to shift and do paper logs, maverick uses autos and prime is on e-logs.....

Im not drooling over TMC trucks, my pete is way better then a TMC truck...

Whats wrong with TMC if you dont mind me asking? Been here for 14 months now and I have 1 complaint, 62MPH, thats it. I made more money then most do there first year in this industry and I was home almost every weekend.

no because ours are not SHORT hood 379s like the ones you guys have :biggrin_25522:....and well ours are faster too.:yes2557: and ours dont have super sheety tires (super singles). And our tarps spend 98% of their lives folded up, not drapped over a load.

Ok you got me there except for I have duals. I do like the ext hoods over my short and yes I have driven hoods a few times but its all good in that perspective. Yeah the tarping does suck but I dont mind it cause its just a good workout to me.
