Minimum experience to get into food distribution

    You are fixing to get into potentially dealing with that truck 100 hours a week for half what you made in 60 minus the expenses out there.

    They just throw money at me. 9 months in. We’ve hired a guy with I think less then 6 months. Oh minus 3500 those were some bonuses I got.

    500 is after taxes but still a 60 hour week thats like 9 an hour. Im willing to be a helper or associate driver whatever the heck its called. At this rate im willing to commute 100 miles to jackson

    You might want to look elsewhere from the food service.. a lot of hand trucking, breaking down pallets etc.. Most of Syscos business is restaurants and little mom/pop shops. Try looking into hauling bulk commodities.. I haul/deliver eggs and get over 70k a year.. You can look also into most AG products such as Milk or Meat products which go in bulk deliveries to stores.. a lot easier on your back.
